    Black Week

    During our Black Week sale, we have more incoming orders than usual, which may cause a slight delay in packing your order. However, the team at our warehouse is working hard to ship your order.

    Due to the increase in incoming orders during Black Week, more people may be contacting us. We usually respond to all incoming inquiries within 24 hours on weekdays, but during this time, the response time may be a little longer than that.

    Delivery time and costs:
    We always aim to ship orders within one weekday after the order has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. Possible delays in shipping orders may be due to an unusually high volume of orders coming in, or due to the freight company.

    Customs and import duties:
    Orders to the EU countries are duty-free. For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and handling fees. We ask international customers to prepare for that possibility. Stronger has no control over possible import charges assessed by the countries' importers.

    We bear the cost of any import fees for UK based customers

    We here at Stronger want all of our UK-based customers to be able to buy their favorite activewear without having to pay extra fees due to Brexit. 

    Therefore, we have worked hard on making sure that no UK-based customers have to pay taxes and/or VAT when purchasing from us.

    Stronger will bear all the costs for importing your package to the UK. If you get information from the freight company that you need to pay any extra fees, please reach out to us here.
