Extended right of return

We have extended our return policy so that you can feel comfortable purchasing your holiday gifts with us. Therefore, all orders purchased between November 14th and December 21st are eligible for return until January 31st.

Please note that during our Black Week sale, we have more incoming orders than usual, which means we'll have more returns coming back as well. This may cause a slight delay in the return process.


We understand that it's not easy to get everything right on the first try, which is why we want to offer you a smooth return experience.

Return policy
We here at Stronger want to offer you a smooth return experience, and you have the right to return one or more products and be refunded.
- You have 30 days from the time your order is shipped from our warehouse to initiate a return.
- The product must be unused and in the same new condition as when it was received.
- The product must also be in its original packaging, with intact labels.

Returns from outside of the EU
When returning a product from outside of the EU, you will be provided with specific documents in order for your package to pass through customs. To get these, please follow the instructions and links below "How do I make a return". You will receive the following in an attachment by email:
• 1 return label
• 3 copies of the commercial invoice. One of these copies needs to go inside the package, one is to be given to UPS when you drop off your package, and one is for you to keep.

How do I make a return?
You can return your products quickly and easily via Reclaimit. Please note: Some delivery options require access to a printer.

State which products you wish to return, and why.


Confirm all your original delivery information, making any changes that may be necessary. Once you have confirmed your information, you can choose the method of delivery you would like to use for returning the purchase.


You will be asked to download your return label. Print out the label and attach it to your package, then deliver it to the drop-off location you have selected.



You will receive an email as confirmation as soon as we have received your returned item. Once you have received the confirmation e-mail, it will take 3-4 working days for the money to be deposited into your account.



We don't offer exchanges, only returns and refunds. Therefore, you need to return the product and be refunded. If you want a new product, you need to place a new order.

Products purchased during a campaign
The prices during a campaign are only valid when the campaign is active on the website. That means that you can't get the same price on an order you've placed before a campaign started, nor if it has already ended.

If you have purchased a product during a campaign and need a new size of the same product, get in touch with our customer service through this link. Note that this only applies when you need a new size of the same product and not for exchanges of products.

Order claims:
We strive for all Stronger products to be of the highest quality. If an item in your order appears to be defective, we request that you file a complaint as soon as the defect has been noticed.

According to the Consumer Purchase Act, as a consumer, you must register a complaint regarding a defect within a reasonable time, and as soon as you have discovered the defect. Defects that are discovered on goods within a reasonable time, 2 months, are valid complaints. The defect must be an original production error. Issues caused by normal wear and tear and products older than two years are not eligible for complaints. If you wish to start a complaint, please send a picture and add a description of the discovered defect HERE.

Each order claim is processed and assessed manually, so it may take 14-30 business days to see a refund in your account. Unauthorized complaints are returned to the sender.

Returns and exchanges swimwear
When it comes to swimwear, sanitation is a very important factor to take into consideration regarding exchanges and returns. Due to this, we need to restrict our return and exchange policy for our beachwear collection.
When you buy a product from our beachwear collection, the bikini bottom comes with a sanitary plastic seal in the crotch. As long as you have something on you while trying them on, and the plastic seal remains on the product, you can exchange/return your bikini bottom. For the bikini top, our usual returns/exchange policy applies.
